In the role as a Senior Director within Translational Research, the ideal candidate:Enterprise & Scientific Leadership: Define and drive end-to-end translational strategy across a portfolio of early programs (pre-IND through Phase 1), integrating preclinical biology with clinical biomarker planning to enable proof-of-mechanism, patient enrichment hypotheses, and portfolio-level decision making. Team Management: Lead and develop the Brisbane translational team, fostering scientific excellence, accountability, and career development in a collaborative, inclusive environment. Cross-Functional Partnership: Drive alignment with Translational Development, Precision Medicine, Clinical Development, and Informatics & Predictive Sciences (IPS) to ensure seamless execution of biomarker plans and data interpretation.
