Position Overview
The Business Development & Sales Specialist is responsible for expanding Parkworks Mechanical Systems' presence in the automated parking industry by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving new business from concept to close. This role combines technical understanding with strategic communication to effectively present complex system solutions to developers, architects, general contractors, and consultants.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills, a technical mindset, and a results-oriented approach to business growth. This position plays a critical role in owning and advancing sales opportunities, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring Parkworks is well-prepared for client engagements throughout the sales process.
The Business Development & Sales Specialist also contributes to refining and strengthening Parkworks' business development processes, maintaining accurate pipeline intelligence, and supporting long-term scalability and sustained market success.
