This agency is looking for a workers' compensation market expert to help spearhead workers' compensation coverage placement. Essential Skills for The Role:

  • You have at least 8+ years of workers' Compensation commercial insurance - placement, underwriting, or retail brokerage experience
  • Insurance brokerage, retail, and/or wholesaler experience
  • Heavy market knowledge of Workers' Compensation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various database management systems

Key Functions:

  • We need you to take charge of our operations, building the placement platform that converts every opportunity.
  • You will be the ultimate team consultant and strong relationship builder for Workers' Compensation.
  • You will create a Workers' Compensation strategy, optimizing market access, resolving complex risks, and preparing training materials for the team.
  • You will work closely with internal production and service teams
  • You'll be the strategic leader, diving into everything from shaping winning comp strategies and securing exclusive market access to cultivating game-changing carrier partnerships.
