Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior; Monitor access points, visitor activity, and building conditions, assisting with entry procedures, direction, and other property-related requests in a professional manner; Support daily operations at the location by reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations, while maintaining visible presence and strong communication with occupants and responders
