Director, Investor Relations & Client Servicing Alternatives

We're partnering with a rapidly scaling, tech-enabled private markets platform that is redefining how investors access and manage alternative investments.

They're looking for a Director of Investor Relations & Client Servicing to take ownership of the investor experience and build a best-in-class servicing function as the business continues to grow.

This is a high-impact leadership role—you'll run point on investor servicing, lead a growing team, and put the systems in place to scale from thousands to significantly more investors without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Own

• Lead and scale a high-performing investor services team
• Own the full investor lifecycle: onboarding, subscriptions, KYC, custodians, and ongoing servicing
• Act as the escalation point for key clients and complex situations
• Build and optimize processes to support rapid growth
• Drive service quality, response times, and overall client experience
• Partner across Product, Legal, Finance, and Relationship Management to improve workflows and outcomes

What They're Looking For

• 7+ years in alternatives, private wealth, or related financial services
• Experience leading and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of investor servicing, fund structures, and operational workflows
• Operator mindset—someone who sees inefficiencies and fixes them
• Strong communicator who can handle high-touch client interactions
