The Mission

Build AI systems embedded in doctor-patient interactions - automating documentation, surfacing insights, and reducing admin burden so clinicians can focus on care.

Healthcare inefficiency is a huge, unsolved problem. This platform is already deployed across 50+ health systems, with ~$45M ARR and scaling rapidly.

The Role

As a Software Engineer, you'll:

• Design, build, and scale production systems used in real-world clinical settings
• Work across the stack on high-impact features and infrastructure
• Own projects end-to-end, from concept to deployment

What They're Looking For

• Experience building scalable software in fast-paced environments
• Strong fundamentals across backend and/or full-stack engineering
• High ownership, clear thinking, and a startup mindset
• Hybrid (San Francisco, 3 days onsite)
• Series C, hyper-growth trajectory
