Senior Level | Base $215,000+ (DOE)

Dhillon Law Group is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its Employment Law Practice in San Francisco. This role is ideal for an experienced employment litigator who can independently manage complex matters while providing strategic counseling to employers and employees.

What You'll Do

• Lead single‑plaintiff and complex employment litigation matters
• Handle wage and hour cases, including class and representative actions
• Advise employers and employees on compliance, investigations, discipline, terminations, and separation issues
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and manage discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and agencies
• Work closely with partners on lean teams with meaningful responsibility

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of litigation experience in state and or federal court
• Substantial employment law experience required
• Strong motion practice and discovery management background
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of California employment law and civil procedure
• Active California Bar membership or ability to obtain promptly
