Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a government location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and document security-related events, observations, and incident details; Support emergency response activities, assist with direction during building issues and/or evacuations, and communicate clearly with site contacts, emergency personnel, and Allied Universal leadership
