Maxim Healthcare Services - - Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one-behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges; Provide/assist with daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavior areas; Assist client with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, meal preparation and feeding, dressing and undressing, ambulation; Implement and collect data of behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan; Crisis intervention when needed
