Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or contractor access according to site protocols, and report any policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior; Support daily operations by observing equipment areas, restricted spaces, and high-traffic work zones for security-related concerns, while following post orders and maintaining a professional presence throughout the location
