Our proprietary DMOS (Digital Marketing Operating System) leverages a swarm architecture of specialized AI agents — creative, media, analytics, and orchestration — working under human supervision to compress feedback loops, increase marketing ROI, and scale senior marketing talent at software speed.Backed by experienced operators and agency leaders, we combine real revenue, real clients, and a clear platform roadmap. This is a rare opportunity to build an enterprise-grade AI-native platform inside an already scaled services ecosystem.The RoleA foundational 0-to-1 engineering leadership role. You will own the architecture, agent development, and enterprise infrastructure as we scale from owned-and-operated agency deployment to a full SaaS platform. You will partner directly with the CEO, Product, and Agency leadership to translate real marketing workflows into scalable agent-driven systems.What You Will Do:Architecture and Infrastructure — Own end-to-end technical architecture of DMOS. Design agent orchestration frameworks, lifecycle management, and benchmarking infrastructure. Build enterprise-grade data pipelines across ad platforms, CRM, and analytics tools. Implement observability, LLM cost optimization, and security controls.Agent Development and QA — Operationalize hypothesis-first agent development and benchmark-driven validation. Build QA frameworks for behavioral validation and adversarial testing. Deploy progressive autonomy systems from human-in-the-loop through controlled autonomy.Hands-On Development — Write production code daily in early stages. Lead AI-assisted development using tools like Cursor and Claude. This is a builder role — not a pure management position.Team Leadership — Recruit and lead a high-caliber team of AI, full-stack, infrastructure, and QA engineers. Establish 2-week sprint cycles and measurable KPIs. Prepare the platform for external SaaS commercialization in Phase 2 and beyond.What We're Looking For0-to-1 experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS or AI platformsAdTech industry experienceMust be an active coder — not just a managerProduction experience deploying LLM and multi-agent systemsHands-on experience with N8N, CrewAI, and LangChainStrong backend and distributed systems backgroundExperience leading distributed engineering teams including AI engineersHas led teams building with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.)Engineering team leadership experience (5–20 people)Builder mindset.
