The right candidate will bring self-motivation, strong collaborative instincts, and a genuine passion for mentoring. Our flat structure means everyone does production work, so expect a role that balances project management, team collaboration, and hands-on output.Job ResponsibilitiesDirectly work with the principal of the firm to develop high-quality designs, drawings and documents during all phases of projectsManaging small teams and putting together architectural drawings and documents required for all phases of a project, including productionOversee and facilitate each project from beginning to endTaking the time to supervise and educate junior architects that may more directionEffectively communicate with the client, city officials, and team members.All staff members produce construction documents, without exception.QualificationsDegree in Architecture or related fieldMinimum 15 years+ of commercial project experience (residential experience need not apply).Strong design skills and willingness to help team members (a must!)Proficient presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with the client and the teamSelf-motivated to efficiently work on multiple projectsGood knowledge in state, local building codes and accessibility requirementsProficient in AutoCAD & RevitCompetitive salaries commensurate to experienceJ-18808-Ljbffr
