This is a work-from-home role with in-person court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed. No billable hours, real work–life balance, and a strong benefits package.SalarySalary: $145,000 - $220,000 per yearWhat You'll DoManage moderate to high-exposure insurance defense cases from intake through resolutionServe as lead counsel in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trialsDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefsBuild case strategies and prepare matters for trial or settlementAnalyze legal precedent and evaluate case riskPartner with Claims leadership to provide legal guidance on personal injury mattersEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standardsMentor and guide supporting attorneys as part of case developmentWhat We're Looking For7+ years of litigation experienceInsurance defense, personal injury, and jury trial experience requiredFirst- and second-chair trial experience strongly preferredMultistate practice experience is a plusActive law license in applicable states (Utah required)Strong courtroom presence and public speaking skillsComfortable handling high-volume, adversarial litigationExcellent writing, communication, and leadership abilitiesTech-savvy and comfortable working in a virtual, paperless environmentWhy You'll Love ItRemote role with required in-person appearancesNo billable hour requirementBonus potential up to 20% of base salaryGenerous 401(k), auto allowance, PTOMedical, dental, vision, and paid parental leaveSupportive team and real autonomyInterested in hearing more?
