Our client, a well-known financial technology company, is looking for someone to join their team as a Lifecycle Operations Technical Manager. This role is fully remote!*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits offered*In this role, you'll work to modernize data integrations between internal systems and third-party marketing tools, focusing on scalability and operational stability. You'll build and maintain automated monitoring and alerting tools, collaborate closely with Lifecycle Ops, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams, and translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.What You Will Be DoingContribute to the design and implementation of lifecycle infrastructure improvements that increase pipeline reliability and performanceModernize and scale integrations between internal systems and marketing automation platformsBuild automated monitoring and alerting to proactively identify unhealthy or outdated syncs and workflowsSupport campaign setup and workflow execution when needed, balancing strategic improvements with hands‑on deliveryTranslate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for non‑technical stakeholdersAdapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environmentRequired Skills & Experience3–5 years of experience in email marketing, campaign management, lifecycle ops, or marketing operationsStrong understanding of ESPs and marketing automation platformsExperience working on infrastructure, systems, or data pipeline improvements (directly or alongside engineering teams)Familiarity with tools like Iterable, Braze, or similar platformsTechnical fluency (SQL, scripting, or automation experience is a plus)Comfortable working cross‑functionally with creatives, engineers, analysts, and product teamsPreferred SkillsExperience with customer data platforms (CDPs) or marketing data integrationsExposure to monitoring, alerting, or operational tooling for lifecycle systemsMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
