About Jurisphere
Jurisphere is a legal AI startup that augments reviewing, researching, and drafting workflows for in-house legal teams and law firms. We're trusted by 500+ organisations and backed by top venture capital funds. As we scale in the US, the single biggest lever is talent density. That is where you come in.
Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Commercial Associate to own commercial accounts end-to-end. You will sit at the intersection of customer strategy, deal operations, and product development.Every account you touch is yours: from the first kickoff call, into how the engagement actually runs, and back into our roadmap as feedback that shapes the next release.
This is a strategy and operations role at its core. You will design how Jurisphere shows up for each customer, run the rhythm that keeps accounts compounding, and partner directly with our engineers to convert the patterns you spot into product features. The expectation is that you bring the instincts of someone who has spent time close to commercial work, the curiosity of an early-stage operator, and the appetite to ship.
The ideal candidate is someone who has spent a few years close to commercial transactions, knows how SaaS and enterprise deals actually play out on the ground, and is restless with how slow and manual the supporting workflows still are.
The role reports to the founders and works closely with our US Commercial Counsel.
What You'll Do
Own the account end-to-end. Drive each customer engagement from kickoff to delivery to renewal. Capture each customer's risk profile and operating preferences, translate them into living playbooks, and keep accounts compounding over time.
Build alongside engineering. Document your reasoning in prompts, checklists, and structured datasets. When you solve the same problem twice, you codify it so no one repeats the work. When you spot a pattern across customers, you turn it into a feature spec and partner with engineering to ship it.
Stress-test the AI stack. Design test sets, label edge cases, and push releases until model output beats what a human operator would produce on their own. You are the first user and the toughest critic of every workflow we build.
Grow accounts from inside. Most of our pipeline comes from people who already work with us. You will turn account work into expansion and convert strong reviews into warm intros.
Drive customer adoption. Show teams how to get more out of Jurisphere on every engagement. Adoption at scale is your number.
