Who we are looking for
We're looking for a technical seller. Someone who started in engineering, product, or solutions engineering and moved into a revenue role, or someone who has operated as a highly technical AE.
This is not a traditional AE role.
You will be expected to both build outbound pipelines and lead technical product conversations. You should be comfortable going deep on APIs, data, workflows, and integrations, while also owning complex enterprise sales cycles.
You thrive in early-stage environments, don't need a finished playbook, and want real ownership in shaping how a company scales.
This role is designed for someone who wants to operate with high ownership and be directly rewarded for it. The earning potential is significant, with a commission structure built for top performers who want to test the upper limits of what they can make.

You will own an enterprise outbound from zero.
That means:
You will work directly with the CEO. Your fingerprints will be on the sales motion.
What success looks like
In the first 90 days, you will ramp up quickly by developing a deep understanding of the TestBox product, our ideal customer profile, and the technical workflows we enable. You will generate outbound pipeline, run technical discovery, and progress opportunities through to close, with a clear expectation of closing your first deals within this period.
By 12 months, you will have closed multiple 6-figure enterprise deals and built a repeatable outbound motion. You'll be confidently leading both technical and commercial conversations, reducing reliance on sales engineers, and helping define how TestBox sells into enterprise customers.
