The Role
As a Senior Account Manager within the service division, you will serve as a key point of contact for existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings. This role combines relationship management, technical coordination, and project oversight.
You'll work closely with field teams, estimators, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
