About who needs care: This would just be to pick up from a medical appointment where I need to be signed out. I am new to town so dont have family here who can support.
About the care needs: I am looking to a caregiver who is comfortable signing me out from a medical procedure and bringing me back home (its roughly a 5 min drive from the clinic to my house).
Services needed include: transportation.
