Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and scale infrastructure systems that support large-scale data processing and machine learning workflows. This role requires a combination of systems thinking and hands‑on engineering to build reliable, high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data storage architectures, including data lake structures and retrieval systems
• Develop and manage GPU-based compute infrastructure, including scheduling and scaling strategies
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and data collection systems to monitor and improve data quality
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and build systems
• Collaborate with machine learning teams to ensure seamless data pipelines from ingestion to model consumption

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience, or advanced degree preferred
• Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficiency in Python, Go, C++, or similar languages
• Experience debugging and optimizing distributed systems and high-throughput data pipelines
• Proven ability to independently design and deliver complex infrastructure projects
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cluster orchestration
• Familiarity with modern data stack technologies such as Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, Snowflake, Airflow, or Dagster
• Ability to build internal dashboards or lightweight frontends using modern frameworks
• Experience with GPU optimization, CUDA, or distributed training systems
• Knowledge of security best practices, access control, and data governance
