Litigation Paralegal (3–5+ Years Litigation Experience)

San Francisco – Financial District | Hybrid | Full-Time


Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 + Full Benefits


Our well-established, boutique civil litigation firm in San Francisco's Financial District isseeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants meaningful responsibility, direct attorney interaction, and a steady, professional environment.


What You'll Do:


Manage cases from inception through trial and resolution

Handle subpoenas, medical records, and prepare timelines/summaries

Coordinate and manage document productions; discovery; large volume ediscovery

Coordinate experts and expert discovery

Legal research as needed

Support trial preparation (exhibits, binders, pretrial filings)

Track deadlines and ensure compliance with Federal and California court rules

Communicate with clients, experts, and court personnel


What We're Looking For:


3–5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience

Strong knowledge of Federal and California court procedures

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Team-oriented with a professional, client-facing demeanor

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe

Experience with document management systems (iManage and ProLaw a plus)
