Your work here will transform technology products into critical business growth tools for our global customers.**Job Title:** Shipping and Receiving Clerk I**Schedule/Pay rate:** Day, Swig and Grave Yard Shifts 21.50-25.50**Location:** Fremont, CA**Duration:** Long- term**Responsibilities:**+ Unpack and inspect goods received, verifying them against purchase orders or invoices.+ Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, noting any discrepancies or unsatisfactory items.+ Reject and document any goods that do not meet quality standards.+ Examine, stock, and distribute materials within inventory and/or on the manufacturing line according to organizational requirements.+ Prepare kitting packages as needed.+ Complete the put-away function for all received goods, ensuring accurate inventory placement.+ Label shipments according to customer-specific CPD labeling requirements.+ Regularly lift and move heavy items; may be required to operate a forklift.+ Ensure all inbound and outbound documentation and processes are compliant with company and customer standards.**Requirements:**+ Minimum of 6 months relevant shipping and receiving experience.+ High school diploma or GED required.+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.+ Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.+ Capacity to stand for extended periods.+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.+ Proven ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.+ Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
