Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance issues through appropriate channels; Support a professional environment by documenting daily activities, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and following post orders for medical, office, and/or research-related areas
