Employment Type: 6 Month Contract

Shift: 8:30am- 5:30pm

Pay Rate: $98.00- $101.26/ hr

Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of a Patient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product suite for our client. This role is ideal for a strategic product leader who thrives at the intersection of data, digital transformation, and patient engagement. You will drive innovation, enhance user adoption, and ensure seamless integration across multiple business functions including access solutions, population health, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and continuous improvement of the Patient CRM product suite
• Drive product strategy using data-driven insights, experimentation, and performance metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to align on product vision and roadmap
• Oversee user adoption strategies, incorporating feedback loops, user insights, and usability testing (UAT)
• Mentor and guide program and operations managers to ensure successful execution of initiatives
• Partner with Business Product Owners and Technical Product Managers to deliver scalable, digital-forward solutions
• Ensure seamless implementation and integration across systems and platforms

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, CRM, or digital product leadership roles
• Strong experience with CRM platforms and customer/patient engagement strategies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience leveraging data analytics to drive product decisions and experimentation
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in healthcare, patient engagement, or population health is highly preferred

Contract Details:

• Work Model: Fully On-Site
• Shift: Standard 8-hour day (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PT)
