We are currently partnered with a $1B+ AUM LMM Private Equity Firm focused in software that is looking to add an associate to their team off a recent fundraise.

The ideal individual will hold 1-4 years of tech focused investment banking or consulting experience with a proven track record of closed deals. The firm is looking for a candidate who is comfortable being client facing, looking to take on leadership responsibility, and grow within the firm.

This role is based in the Bay Area and the firm is willing to provide relocation for the right individuals.
