The Merker Group is working with a top Am Law 100 firm to find a mid to senior level attorney with significant M&A experience to join the firm's San Francisco office.

This firm pays top of market compensation and bonus. This is an excellent opportunity to join an elite team and get client facing experience early on!

Required experience should include:

• 3+ years of relevant experience at a peer Am Law 100 firm.
• M&A experience working on sophisticated matters, including drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships.
• Experience supervising junior associates is a plus!
• Top academics including a J.D. and an active CA Bar license.
• Attorneys in class years 2018-2023 only please.
