We're backed by legendary investors, and companies like Coursera, Dialpad, Flock Safety, BetterUp and more already trust Cora to run their post-sales operations. We launched out of stealth in March 2026 and we're growing fast.


The Role

We've been selling Cora founder-led since day one. It's working. Now we need the person who's going to take what we've learned and build a real sales engine.

You'll be our first dedicated sales hire. You'll own the full cycle from prospecting through close, selling to CCOs, VPs of Customer Success, and RevOps leaders at mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS companies. These are 6-figure ACV deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees.

This is a build role. You'll shape the sales process, the messaging, the materials, the pricing conversations. The next AEs we hire will inherit the playbook you write.


What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, procurement, close
  • Build pipeline through outbound, events, partnerships, and creative channels (we're not waiting around for inbound)
  • Run consultative, multi-stakeholder deals with CS and CX leaders who have real budget and real pain
  • Develop and refine the sales playbook: talk tracks, objection handling, competitive positioning, proposal templates
  • Partner with our CEO on strategic deals and help shape how we pitch, price, and package
  • Feed customer and market signal back to the product team. Your voice will directly influence what we build next


What We're Looking For

  • 3-7 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience. You've closed 6-figure ACV deals and you know how to navigate procurement and complex buying committees.
  • At least one stint at an early-stage company where you built from scratch. You've prospected your own pipeline, written your own sequences, and closed without a playbook to lean on.
  • You've sold to customer success, CX, or post-sales leaders before, or you deeply understand their world. This is our buyer, and you need to speak their language.
  • You use AI tools daily and you're genuinely curious about how LLMs and autonomous agents work. You don't need to be technical, but you need to be fluent enough to demo the product and hold your own with technical stakeholders.
  • You write clearly, present confidently, and executives take you seriously. You can run a room.
  • SF-based or willing to relocate. This is an in-person role, 5 days a week.

  • You have strong opinions about how AI will reshape how companies sell and serve customers, and you want to be on the team that proves it.
