Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a government location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and document security-related concerns, incidents, and/or maintenance issues.; Support a professional presence while interacting with employees, visitors, and members of the public, and communicate with supervisors and/or local authorities when needed.
