Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.; Monitor entry and exit activity, observe for unusual behavior or property concerns, and communicate with property staff and/or public responders when needed.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site procedures.; Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related concerns, and support access control and visitor-related processes at the location.
