Compensation: $55,000 base + commission

Overview

We are seeking a polished and relationship-driven Sales Associate to join our boutique team.. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about client experience, thrives in a luxury environment, and is focused on building long-term client relationships rather than transactional sales.

Schedule

• Full-time hours aligned with boutique operations:
• MondaySaturday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM 5:00 PM
• Required: Every Saturday + alternating Sundays

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience with a strong focus on hospitality
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, driving repeat business
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the boutique with professionalism and polish
• Support day-to-day boutique operations including merchandising, organization, and upkeep
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all client interactions and store standards
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a seamless and elevated store environment
