The Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative based in the San Francisco Bay Area to grow and manage our business in the region.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Italian, has a strong passion for food, and preferably brings experience in the food & beverage, gourmet food, or horeca sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with restaurants, with a focus on fine dining, Italian cuisine, and Michelin-level establishments
  • Develop relationships with distributors and importers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio
  • Present and promote the company's products, including truffles, sauces, and Italian specialties
  • Organize tastings, product demonstrations, and client visits
  • Manage the sales pipeline and contribute to revenue growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams across logistics, marketing, and headquarters in Italy and the U.S.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in food, wine, gourmet food, or horeca
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Availability to travel within the Bay Area and surrounding regions
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Italian products or premium food brands
  • Knowledge of truffles and gourmet ingredients
  • Existing relationships with chefs, buyers, distributors, or restaurant groups
