We areseeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal (Insurance Defense) to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid position. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys by assisting with all phases of litigation, including legal document preparation, document review, legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize litigation matters and related tasks, including establishing chronologies and timelines for key case events
• Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case development and trial preparation
• Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and related documentation
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness materials

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in legal document preparation, document review, and legal research
• Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Prior experience supporting insurance defense litigation is required
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - 82,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
