Major, Lindsey & Africa's Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Attorney.

Company: Retail

Experience: At least 8 years of related experience

Location: Preference for an attorney candidate in SF

Responsibilities Include:

• Support consumer class action and ADA litigation,
• Manage and support litigation matters in coordination with outside counsel
• Handle and advise on litigation demand letters, including TCPA‑related matters
• Provide oversight and review of third‑party subpoena responses
• Provide product safety and regulatory support, CPSC rules and recall framework, product safety issue spotting and escalation, chemicals compliance matters (e.g., PFAS, BPA, consumer product materials)

Qualifications Include:

• 8 years of legal experience
• Strong commercial litigation background, including consumer class actions
• Experience supporting a large retailer or consumer‑facing company
• Ability to work independently and ramp quickly into an active docket
• Comfortable partnering with outside counsel and internal stakeholders

Pay rate: $100
