ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced general liability and/or professional liability Partner or senior-level attorney to join our San Francisco office. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong track record of handling complex litigation, developing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of a practice. At LBBK, partners play a key leadership role within the firm. You will manage sophisticated matters, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor junior attorneys, and have the opportunity to expand your practice within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage complex general liability and professional liability matters from inception through resolution, including trial or arbitration
• Develop and execute case strategies, including oversight of discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and support staff
• Handle court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials in San Francisco-area state and federal courts
• Collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth and business development initiatives
• Contribute to firm strategy, client development efforts, and internal leadership initiatives

PAY RANGE AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Base Pay: $220K+ DOE

QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Significant experience in general liability and/or professional liability litigation
