Territory covers NorCal to Fresno, Oregon, Reno (and potentially Utah for a period of time)
Role: 70% hunting and 30% managing existing accounts and growing utilization
Maintain and grow existing customer base within hospital.
Typical entry point is the ED and Lab. Grow into additional departments such as Med/Surg and the Critical Care departments.
Driving utilization and compliance by identifying Key Champion and building consensus and driving accountability through that Champion for sustainable utilization. Without a Key Champion, utilization can fall through the cracks.
Ability to create a sustainable product picking plan so clinicians reach for our product.
Lead on conducting Trials and Implementations.
Setting up and presently monthly or quarterly business data reviews from data collection through analytics.
Cold call and close new business.
Identifying and partnering with regionalized groups such as ENA (ED nursing
associations) and CLSI (laboratory society) meetings.
Partnering with reps from companies that can
provide leads.
