What you'll do:

• Utilize our innovative platform along with your personal network to identify outstanding healthcare talent
• Engage potential candidates by sharing MLR opportunities and assessing their interest
• Organize meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up with prospects, maintaining enthusiasm and guiding them through their job search
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system
• Gain commissions through meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires originating from your leads

What you need to succeed:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive attitude and self-driven approach, enabling you to orchestrate your own schedule
• A genuine passion for outreach and connecting individuals to new chapters in their careers
• No prior recruitment experience is necessary if you're driven and adaptive, we'll equip you with all the tools you need

How you'll be compensated:

• Commission for each qualified meeting you successfully schedule
• Additional income upon successful interviews stemming from your outreach
