A company is looking for a Senior Stop Loss Underwriter.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct risk-based underwriting for new and existing accounts to achieve profit and growth goalsAnalyze claim history and determine appropriate rate levels and aggregate factors for complex casesManage performance metrics for assigned territories and provide competitive feedback on rates and productsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred3+ years of experience in Stop Loss Risk Based UnderwritingExtensive knowledge of Stop Loss products, pricing, and the Underwriting DisciplineProven financial ability and strong analytical skillsExperience with Reinsurance is a plus
