Chat Support Specialist Remote Work From Home

Sutherland Breezy (Remote-First HR & Staffing Provider) is hiring professional and friendly Chat Support Specialists to remotely assist U.S. customers via online messaging no phone calls required. Youll help answer questions, resolve account issues, and provide a positive experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat & email
• Provide accurate account support and updates
• Escalate issues when needed using internal tools
• Maintain service quality and data accuracy
• Deliver friendly, fast, and professional support

Requirements:

• Strong English typing & communication skills
• High-speed internet and remote workspace
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• No experience required paid training provided
• (Call center or customer service experience is a plus)
