Technology Transactions — Counsel | AmLaw 25 Platform

The Firm & Opportunity My client is a market leading Technology Transactions platform, with a practice that has advised on some of the most consequential technology deals of the past several years. The group is currently adding a counsel to support a team that sits at the intersection of IP, commercial technology, and AI work.

The Practice

This Technology Transactions group advises clients across the full spectrum of IP and technology matters, with particular depth in AI-driven transactions, think compute and digital infrastructure deals, commercial partnerships, and technology-facing M&A.

The client base spans the leading technology companies and emerging platforms shaping how AI is built, deployed, and commercialized. Counsel here work directly with senior partners on complex, multi-party transactions and develop fluency across IP licensing, technology agreements, and infrastructure deals that few practices in the Bay Area can match.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school; strong academic credentials
• IP and Technology Transactions background from a California office of a firm recognized in the practice
• Meaningful AI experience across compute infrastructure, digital infrastructure transactions, or commercial partnerships is strongly preferred
• Current counsel or a senior associate prepared to step into that title
• California Bar admission or eligibility
