The Salvation Army (Western) - 832 Folsom Street - Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day operations of the building and perform a wide range of basic repair tasks; Monitor HVAC systems for continued operation and perform plumbing, electrical, and other minor repairs; Complete maintenance service requests and preventative maintenance tasks; Meet with the Property Manager to set priorities and recommend repairs or replacements; Monitor outside contractors and report issues to the Property Manager
