Working Model: 5 days a week onsite
Interview Format: Two rounds (1 - virtual; 2 - onsite)

Job Description

Inspect and pack R&D samples including hazardous materials and materials requires specific temperature
Process international and domestics shipments including documentation and packaging of materials
Receipt of samples, packaging components and office supplies coming to the shipping hub
Manage packaging materials inventory and order supplies
Monitor sample inventory received at the Sample Shipping hub and report any discrepancies immediately
Operate material handling equipment in a safe and appropriate manner
Daily shipment track and trace
Support Business Shipping and Campus Receiving departments when needed

Who You Are

0-2 years of experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to work independently; must be a self-starter
Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft offices.
Knowledge or experience with warehouse and inventory systems and concepts is preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
