We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate Salesforce-related projects in an onsite/hybrid environment based in the Bay Area / Pleasanton,CA. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of technical project management expertise, Salesforce platform knowledge, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and QA teams.
• Drive project planning, sprint execution, risk management, and status reporting.
• Oversee Salesforce enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and release management.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor coordination when required.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager with Salesforce projects.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, workflows, etc.).
• Experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in enterprise environments.
• Local candidates preferred due to onsite/hybrid requirement.
