Title : Solar Field Construction Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on field support including builder communication, material coordination, and quality assurance.
• Act as a liaison between roofing partners, customers, homeowners, electricians, project teams, and local authorities.
• Support inspections, troubleshooting, and homeowner/app guidance.
• Track project progress, conduct site inspections, and review documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in solar, construction, or homebuilding.
• Understanding of new home construction processes preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps and systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and navigate roofs.
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs and wear safety equipment (~15 lbs).
• Capable of standing, walking, balancing, and performing physical tasks regularly.
• Good vision, coordination, and verbal communication skills required.
