The Role

Runbook is hiring Full Stack Software Engineers who lean strongly toward the backend. You'll help build the core systems that power our AI platform and customer workflows.

We're looking for engineers who can hit the ground running, ship quickly, and contribute to building a product that operates reliably at scale.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain core platform features across the full stack
• Design and implement backend systems and APIs that power AI-driven workflows
• Develop and maintain frontend experiences using React
• Work with engineering and product teams to ship features quickly and reliably
• Help design scalable systems as the platform grows
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment where shipping high-quality software quickly is critical

Tech Stack

• TypeScript
• React (frontend)
• Node.js (backend)

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend engineering skills with experience building scalable systems
• Experience working on high-quality production products at scale
• Full stack experience with TypeScript, Node, and React
• Ability to move quickly and operate effectively in a startup environment
