We're looking for a high-impact SAP leader to drive a Service Management Order-to-Cash (OTC) transformation — this is not a traditional SD role.

What You'll Drive

• End-to-end Service Order-to-Cash lifecycle

Service processes including:

• Service Orders & Contracts
• Warranty & Installed Base
• Spare Parts & Logistics
• Service Pricing & Billing

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years in SAP with strong OTC / SD foundation
• Hands-on expert experience in Service Management (SM - S4 HANA)
• Exposure to Legacy or Field Service integrations
• Strong understanding of Service Revenue Flow (Parts + Labor + Billing)
