Location: Remote from Boston or any major California city, or Hybrid 3 days per week in Arlington, VA

Compensation: $240K–$270K base + equity (targeting $300K+ total comp). Flexible for the right person.

You won't be stuck on one layer of the stack.

You'll be building the interfaces, pipelines, and systems that connect hardware ? cloud ? user, including mobile apps, web platforms, and real-time data flows.

There's a ton of ownership here. You'll ship fast, solve real problems, and work on systems that are actively used in the field.

What You'll Work On

• Building and scaling web + mobile applications that interface with real-world systems
• Designing backend services in Node.js that handle live data streams
• Working with AWS (IoT, Kinesis, S3) to ingest and process data from distributed systems
• Building frontend experiences in React Native, Kotlin, and TypeScript
• Implementing video streaming workflows (RTSP / SRT)
• Integrating across cloud systems, mobile apps, and edge devices
• Debugging issues across the full stack, including real-time and production environments

What You Bring

• 6+ years of full stack experience
• Strong in Node.js + modern frontend (React Native / TypeScript)
• Must be eligible for a security clearance
• Experience with AWS and real-world data pipelines
• Experience building mobile apps (iOS + Android)
• Comfort working across systems, not just within one layer
• Strong debugging instincts and ability to figure things out quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience with video streaming (RTSP / SRT)
• Experience with hardware-integrated or edge systems
• Background in defense, robotics, or real-time platforms
