A company is looking for a Human Resources Data and Reporting Analyst.Key ResponsibilitiesCreates and maintains databases and management reports; analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementMaintains and develops data sources using the Workday Prism platformExtracts and analyzes data to assist business segments with policy and procedural changesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Data Management, Statistics, Math, Economics, or related fieldSeven (7) years of relevant experience, with demonstrated experience with Workday reporting strongly preferredExperience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and database managementExperience with the Workday Prism platformMS-Access/SQL database development experience
