Senior Paralegal – Class Action LitigationLocation: Los Angeles, CA or Emeryville, CASchedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)Practice Area: Class Action, Collective, Employment & Wage and Hour LitigationOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our Class Action Litigation Practice Group . This role supports complex, high-volume litigation matters and requires deep experience in class and collective actions , particularly employment and wage & hour claims . The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment.This position is based in our Los Angeles or Emeryville office and follows a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys on class action, collective action, and wage & hour litigation mattersConduct legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexisPrepare and finalize legal documents, including:Notices and lettersDiscovery shells and discovery responses (based on client-provided information)Assistance with drafting briefs (depending on experience level)Cite check briefs and ensure accuracy and compliancePrepare and run Tables of Authorities (TOAs) and Tables of Contents (TOCs)Requires advanced Microsoft Word formatting skills (styles, spacing, footers, pagination)Perform e-filing at the state, federal, and appellate levels across multiple jurisdictions nationwideAssist with trial preparation and trial support , including exhibits and filingsManage deadlines and maintain organized case files in a high-volume environmentRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of direct experience supporting class action and collective action litigation (Must be specific to class/collective work — not overall paralegal experience)Strong experience with employment and wage & hour claimsExpert-level ability to:Run Tables of Authorities (TOAs)Research and cite check using Westlaw and LexisNexisProven experience with state, federal, and appellate e-filingsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word , including formatting complex briefsAbility to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and litigation teamsProactive, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsTrial experience or substantial trial support experienceExperience with consumer, antitrust, and/or ERISA class actionsExperience filing in multiple jurisdictions nationwideWhy Join UsWork on high-impact, complex class action litigationCollaborative, fast-paced environment with experienced litigatorsHybrid schedule offering flexibility and balanceOpportunity to contribute meaningfully at a senior levelIf you would like to apply email your resume today!!#J-18808-Ljbffr
