The firm has built a strong reputation through a uniquely data-driven, systematic approach to venture investing, enabling it to back a high volume of companies and construct one of the most diversified early-stage portfolios in the market.They are seeking a Principal (Capital Formation) to take on a high-impact, front-office role working closely with the founding team. This individual will be responsible for driving capital formation efforts, expanding the firm's limited partner base, and managing relationships across institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. The position offers significant ownership across the full fundraising lifecycle, from sourcing and developing new relationships through to closing capital and maintaining long-term partnershipsThe ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of successfully raising capital within venture capital or adjacent asset classes, along with a deep understanding of the startup and venture ecosystem.
