Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support their busy insurance litigation team. The ideal candidate has strong California state and federal court experience and thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.This position can be temp-hire or direct-hire, depending on experience. This role will be 100% remote EXCEPT during trial periods when working onsite is required. Interested candidates MUST live within driving/BART distance to San Francisco.ResponsibilitiesDraft and prepare discovery, pleadings, motions, and briefs (including cite‑checking)Prepare and track deposition and business records subpoenasReview and summarize medical records, depositions, and case documentsManage case timelines, deadlines, and organized case filesAssist with trial prep, exhibits, witness prep, and logisticsCommunicate with clients, counsel, courts, and expertsProvide administrative support including scheduling and correspondenceQualificationsStrong knowledge of California civil procedure and discovery rulesExcellent organization, communication, and multitasking skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and handle sensitive informationRequirementsParalegal CertificateAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
