Flexibility with shifts is required. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Applicants need to be flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends, days, evenings, overnights and holidays if needed. (varies by site).Capable of extended standing, walking, or patrolling.Maintain alertness and situational awareness at all times.Typical ResponsibilitiesMaintain site access control and visitor logs.Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and manage visitor check‑ins.Maintain a professional presence while enforcing corporate security policies.Conduct patrols and safety checks.Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.Write detailed incident and daily activity reports.Support workplace safety initiatives and report potential hazards.Follow all company, client, and regulatory guidelines.Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction.Serve as a first point of contact for inquiries, directions, and assistance.QualificationsAt least 18 years of age or older.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid State BSIS California Guard Card.Strong customer service skills.Familiarity with report writing.Computer skills are a must.Good verbal and written communication skills.Monitoring and surveillance experience.Essential Computer Competencies.Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.Comfortable with Outdoor Environment in Diverse Weather Conditions.Security Guard Experience Preferred, Not Required!Must successfully pass Pre‑Employment background check.EEO/M/F/D/V#J-18808-Ljbffr
